Pricing tiers — GEO & agentic packages

Commercially sensitive. Setup fees, retainers, and margin reasoning. Internal only.

✅ Owner Decision Resolved (2026-10-18)

Status: Accepted per ../decisions/0009-pricing-and-proof-window-validation.md and ../research/2026-10-18-mirofish-swarm-simulation-findings.md.

The MiroFish 168-round swarm simulation proved that Tier 2 ($6,000 setup + $2,000/mo retainer) bundled with a 60-day measurable proof window is the agency's primary, highest-converting offer. The $3,000 entry point is retained as a scoped pilot only when bound to clear verification milestones.

Flagship Offer: Tier 2 ($6,000 / $2,000/mo with 60-day Proof Milestone).

Matrix

Tier One-time setup Monthly retainer Key deliverables
Tier 1 — AI Schema & GEO $3,000 (11,000 AED) $1,000/mo (3,670 AED) /.well-known/llms.txt, JSON-LD schema, content restructuring, monthly citation reports
Tier 2 — Full GEO + Agentic Engine (MCP) $6,000 (22,000 AED) $2,000/mo (7,350 AED) Everything in Tier 1, plus remote MCP server deployment, CRM/WhatsApp lead integration, 24/7 hosting & monitoring
Tier 3 — Enterprise Custom $15,000+ (55,000 AED) $4,000+/mo (14,700 AED) Multi-endpoint MCP tools, live inventory/property sync, bi-weekly competitor displacement strategy

Tier 3 is explicitly a floor ($15,000+, $4,000+/mo), not a fixed price.

Structure notes

  • Every tier is setup + retainer. The setup fee covers the build; the retainer covers reporting and, from Tier 2, hosting the MCP server.
  • Tiers are cumulative — Tier 2 explicitly includes Tier 1.
  • The AED figures imply roughly 3.67 AED per USD, which is the standard peg. Tier 3's 55,000 AED matches $15,000; the + amounts are not converted.
  • Retainer-to-setup ratio is a consistent 1:3 across all three tiers, so annualised revenue is roughly setup + 4× setup per client per year.

Deliverability check against this repository

Verified against the tree on 2026-07-30. This matters because JSGlobtech's own site is the reference implementation and the demo asset.

Deliverable Status Evidence
/.well-known/llms.txt Proven public/.well-known/llms.txt, mirrored byte-identically at public/llms.txt
JSON-LD schema Proven components/GeoSchema.tsx — Organization, ProfessionalService, 3× SoftwareApplication, OfferCatalog
Content restructuring Proven lib/content.ts as single source of truth for marketing copy
Monthly citation reports No tooling Nothing in the repo generates these; methodology undefined (see ../strategy/kpis.md)
Remote MCP server deployment Proven app/api/mcp/[transport]/route.ts, stateless Streamable HTTP
CRM / WhatsApp lead integration Partial Single CRM_WEBHOOK_URL → Apps Script → Google Sheet. WhatsApp is not a wired delivery channel; the success message only promises human WhatsApp/Email follow-up. See ../integrations/lead-capture.md
24/7 hosting & monitoring No tooling No monitoring, alerting, uptime check, analytics SDK, or CI in the repo
Multi-endpoint MCP tools Not yet Exactly one tool registered (request_dev_consultation); OpenAPI exposes exactly one path
Live inventory / property sync Not built No database, ORM, or external data integration of any kind
Bi-weekly competitor displacement No tooling Manual analyst work; no defined process

Tier 1 and the MCP half of Tier 2 are sellable today. The reporting deliverables in every tier and all of Tier 3 are promises against work that has neither tooling nor a documented process. Tier 3 should be scoped and quoted as custom engineering, which its + pricing already allows for.

Margin risks

  • Reporting is the hidden cost. Every tier includes monthly citation reports; Tier 3 adds bi-weekly displacement work. At a $1,000 Tier 1 retainer, a manual report that takes a day erases the month.
  • "24/7 monitoring" on Tier 2 implies an on-call obligation with no alerting in place. Either build monitoring or reword the deliverable.
  • Tier 3's + is doing a lot of work. Live inventory sync against a client's PMS or listing feed is an integration project, not a retainer line. Quote it separately.
  • Breakeven pitch doesn't hold at Tier 3 for the lowest-value vertical — see ../strategy/kpis.md.
  • ../strategy/positioning.md — what the tiers are selling
  • ../strategy/target-markets.md — deal values that justify these prices
  • ../decisions/0005-productized-tiers-vs-custom-scoping.md — the open decision
