Target markets — high-CAC UAE verticals

Target markets — high-CAC UAE verticals

Commercially sensitive. Contains target-account reasoning and client deal values used to justify pricing. Do not paste into public site copy, public/llms.txt, proposals, or anything a prospect or competitor can read. Internal use only.

Selection rule

Target UAE sectors with high Customer Acquisition Cost, where a single missed lead is a material financial loss. The pitch's whole leverage is the ratio between one recovered client and the retainer — so the vertical must have a large enough per-deal value that "one extra client a month" is an easy yes.

Secondary qualifiers implied by the playbook:

  • The buyer is a non-technical owner or director (clinic director, agency owner) — hence the jargon-free script in ../sales/pitch-script.md.
  • Buying decisions are consultative and high-consideration, so prospects genuinely do ask an LLM open-ended comparison questions.
  • The business already spends on Google Ads, which makes AI-search leakage an argument about budget they are already committing.

The four verticals

Vertical Example AI user query Client deal-value target
Cosmetic surgery clinics "Who is the top plastic surgeon for rhinoplasty in Dubai Marina?" 1 converted patient = $7,000–$10,000 net profit
Luxury & exotic car rental "I need a chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce for 3 days in Dubai." 1 rental = $3,000–$5,000 revenue
Real estate agencies & developers "Find 2-bed luxury apartments under 3M AED with high yield." 1 property closed = $11,000+ commission
High-end medical & dental clinics "Best Hollywood Smile clinic with transparent pricing in Jumeirah." 1 treatment plan = $5,000–$12,000 revenue

Note the figures mix net profit, revenue, and commission. That is how the source states them. When using them in a pitch, be precise about which measure you are quoting — a prospect who spots the inconsistency will discount everything else.

Why these queries in particular

Each example query has the same shape, and it is the shape GEO is good at:

  • Geographically scoped — "Dubai Marina", "Jumeirah", "in Dubai". Matches the location signals already published in components/GeoSchema.tsx and public/llms.txt.
  • Superlative or comparative — "top", "best". Forces the engine to pick a shortlist, so being absent is fatal rather than merely suboptimal.
  • Attribute-qualified — "with transparent pricing", "high yield", "chauffeur-driven". These are exactly the facts a structured llms.txt / JSON-LD layer can supply and a normal marketing site buries in prose or images.

This is the reusable diagnostic when qualifying a new vertical: does the buyer ask a geographically-scoped superlative question with attribute filters? If yes, GEO has leverage.

Agentic fit per vertical

The action layer (../strategy/positioning.md) needs a concrete in-chat action per vertical, otherwise Tier 2 has nothing to hook into:

Vertical Natural in-chat action Implemented in this repo?
Cosmetic surgery Request a consultation / callback Lead capture only — closest analogue exists
Luxury car rental Check availability, hold a booking No — needs inventory integration
Real estate Query live listings, book a viewing No — needs listing/property feed
Medical & dental Request a treatment-plan quote Lead capture only — closest analogue exists

Only the lead-capture action is proven in code (lib/mcp-server.ts, one tool: request_dev_consultation). Availability, inventory, and listing sync are Tier 3 promises with no implementation behind them yet. Scope those as custom builds and price them as engineering, not as a retainer line item.

Gaps worth resolving

  • No vertical taxonomy in the product. lib/leads.ts accepts only flutter_mobile_app, web_application, geo_ai_integration. If GEO retainers become a real line of business, leads arriving from these verticals will all be flattened into geo_ai_integration, and the CRM will not distinguish a clinic from a car-rental company.
  • No reference client per vertical. The demo uses jsglobtech.com itself (../sales/demo-framework.md). A clinic prospect will eventually ask for a clinic case study.
  • Outreach templates cover only two of four verticals — cosmetic/aesthetics and luxury car rental. Real estate and dental have no template yet (../sales/outreach-templates.md).
